Dr. Heidi Stoddard Biography
I am a licensed psychologist serving families and individuals in North Texas. I grew up in the Dallas metroplex and earned degrees from three of this state's great universities in pursuit of my dream to make a difference in the lives of others. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Texas-Austin, I went on to earn a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Sam Houston State University. Ultimately, I earned a Doctor of Psychology from Baylor University and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship with Scott and White Hospital/Texas A&M University.
I worked in a large group practice in Dallas before entering private practice in 2002. I have extensive experience working with younger clients. I frequently see concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, divorce of parents, grief and loss, and disruptive behavior. In addition, I work individually with adults on such issues as anxiety, depression, communication and assertiveness skills, and stress management.
